Conditions at New Brighton

SUNRISE: – 7:11 am.

TIDE: – Low 6:46 am (0.4m)

MOON: – Waxing gibbous.

‘Arrived at the beach at the Sth New Brighton SLS Club 6:50. The north-east cut was up and running at about 8 knots and air temperature about 8 degrees. Nothing seen all the way to Beatty Street. Very few to be seen this morning. Then came across four SS Larvae tracks within 30 metres of each other, one just digging in. Nothing else except a Grass Grub Beetle in the wet low tide sand, a couple of kilometres further on. Nothing has come up in the sandpit.’
